Lilly Becker (49) makes serious allegations against her ex Boris Becker (58): The tennis legend is said to have not paid enough maintenance for their son Amadeus. The jungle queen of 2025 demands around 427,000 euros. The coal battle is now entering the next round before the Higher Regional Court in Munich.
Compulsory enforcement initiated at Boris Becker
A court in London ruled in 2018: Boris Becker must pay maintenance of 9,200 euros per month. But according to Lilly Becker, there isn't enough of that. She goes to court in Munich in January and is proven right. Boris is appealing. Now the Higher Regional Court in Munich also decides – again for Lilly!

And that could have consequences for Boris Becker, who lives in Milan with his wife. Lilly's lawyer Michael Scheele tells RTL: “We have also initiated enforcement in Italy. He will not be able to avoid paying.” And further: “If we catch him in person, we will ask him to submit an affidavit about his financial circumstances, i.e. the so-called oath of disclosure. He will then have to explain whether and where and how much money he has.”

Lilly Becker wants more than just money from her ex
But with Lilly Becker and her lawyer it sounds different. Michael Scheele says about the alleged payment gaps: “He may be hoping that because Lilly simply has no income of her own, that she will give in at some point.”

But for Lilly it's obviously about more than just timely transfers to the account. Also about his job as a father. She recently told the Daily Mail about Boris: “He comes to visit but doesn't see him as often as I had hoped. (I wish) Amadeus has a father who is there – not for the holidays and the five-star hotels, but for the normal, unspectacular, essential business of being his father.”
