Hanau – A 17-year-old is said to have shot at a man of the same age from a car in Hanau with an airsoft pistol and slightly injured him. According to the police headquarters in Southeast Hesse, the incident occurred on Wednesday, around 4 p.m., in the Ludwigstrasse area.

The shots are said to have been fired from the passenger seat of a white Mercedes. According to police, the victim suffered minor superficial injuries. Based on the license plate read, officers from the Hanau police station identified the driver of the car and the now accused passenger after the complaint was filed the following day.
The 17-year-old is facing proceedings on suspicion of grievous bodily harm. Witnesses are asked to contact the station station on 06181 100-120. The police also recently looked for witnesses after an escalated argument between two women in Hanau.
