Two passengers died when a small plane crashed in a residential area in Limburgerhof, south of Mannheim. There is currently no evidence of injured residents, the police said. Police did not release any details about the identity of the dead.

The small plane crashed on a property on the outskirts of town around 11:30 a.m. “There are numerous pieces of debris scattered around the crash site,” the police wrote. The crash site has been cordoned off over a large area.
