With a creative implementation of federal politics, the FFCK secured first place and a hefty amount of prize money.
Fulda – Political acumen pays off: The Fulda Leisure and Carnival Club (FFCK) has won the Parzeller media group's car building competition. The club's “builders” took aim at the policies of Chancellor Friedrich Merz (CDU) on their Rose Monday float and thus convinced the jury. The competition is traditionally held in collaboration with the Fulda District Crafts Association and the Fulda Carnival Society (FKG).

For this creative achievement there was now the well-deserved reward: in the foyer of the Parzeller media group, the carnival participants were presented with a check for 600 euros. Lukas Henke, managing director of the district craftsmen's association, and the deputy district master craftsman Christoph Abel handed over the prize to the FFCK chairmen Volker Rippert and Kerstin Neumann as well as to the wagon construction team members, Alexandra Axt and Carmen Laibold.
Along with the lucky winners, deputy publishing director Thomas Kirchhof and Foaset editor Anja Trapp were also happy about the successful conclusion of the foolish campaign.
