The creators use pithy sayings and lots of testosterone to recruit participants on Instagram. Their goal: to find the “healthiest man in the world”. Behind the spectacle is the “Sperm Racing World Cup 2026”, in which, according to the organizers, 128 countries will be represented this May. The owner of the fastest sperm will collect $100,000. The official website says applications are already underway and the athletes are each competing for one country.

San Francisco becomes the stage for strange sperm races
The idea sounds like a joke, but it's supposed to be a real competition. The race does not take place on a show stage in the classic sense, but on a tiny track under a microscope.
