The CDU Vogelsberg made the first decisions at the constitutive meeting of its district council group. The Christian Democrats voted to start coalition talks with the Vogelsberg SPD to continue the district coalition.
Lauterbach – In addition, FDP district council member Mario Döweling (Herbstein) was accepted as a member of the CDU parliamentary group. This is what CDU district chairman District Administrator Dr. Jens Mischak (Lauterbach) and the re-elected parliamentary group leader Mayor Stephan Paule (Alsfeld) announced in a press release.
Vogelsberg CDU wants to continue the coalition with the SPD in the district
After the constitution, Paule and Mischak agreed: “We as the CDU Vogelsberg achieved a great success in the last district council election, and we want to use this to develop a reliable and good policy for the Vogelsberg district for the next five years.”
Mischak explained that one in the past few days after the local elections I had discussions with the SPD, Free Voters and the Greens, which were extremely fair and objective. Consistencies were found on many substantive issues. In the overall consideration, the CDU came to the conclusion that it wanted to continue its successful work in the coalition with the SPD, said Mischak. (tim)
