The fact that Narumol is currently filming “Battle of the Reality Stars” in Thailand is not new: we reported on it. But did you know what she also does there when she gets the chance? She is filming for “The Dream Ship”! You read that right: The “Bauer sucht Frau” star has landed a role in the popular ZDF series with Florian Silbereisen.

Josef chatted about Narumol's TV role

The fact that Narumol got a dream ship role was first revealed to the magazine “Das Neue Blatt” by her husband Josef: “My wife filmed for a reality format and was in front of the camera for 'Dream Ship'.” ZDF itself has now also confirmed that the 60-year-old is on board. It is not yet known who exactly she is playing. All that is known is that the filming locations are in the Philippines and Thailand. “It is true that Narumol filmed as a small cameo role for 'The Dreamboat – Bangkok' (working title),” the statement says. Cameo means a small supporting role.

Josef recently said that he has had to do without his wife since January because she is filming in Thailand. “I miss her very much. And I hope it won't be that long until she comes home again”said the farmer to the new paper. But Narumol doesn't currently have a plane ticket back to Bavaria, they say.

Luckily, farmer Josef is not completely alone: While the 60-year-old is in Thailand, Josef looks after the farm. He receives help from his daughter Jorafina (14) and Naromol's daughter Jenny (26), who comes from a previous relationship, the farmer continued at Das Neue Blatt. “I get along well on my own. But I'm glad that the girls support me.”

The fact that the “Farmer is Looking for a Wife” star is in Thailand is due to filming for the “Battle of the Reality Stars”. She competes in the Allstars relay and fights for the title “RealityAllstar 2026”. But that's not all: the Thai native is visiting her beloved family there for the first time in five years.
