Accident near Wuppertal – police are investigating
A 17-year-old died in a car accident on a country road near Halver (Märkischer Kreis). A 19-year-old driver drove his car off the road and crashed into a tree, police said. Halver is located east of Wuppertal.
Paramedics tried to resuscitate the passenger at the scene of the accident. However, this was unsuccessful. The teenager died at the scene of the accident. The driver suffered minor injuries.
