Motsi Mabuse, Jorge Gonzalez and Joachim Llambi will once again be taking the points trowels in their hands and forming the dance show's unique jury.

Since when have the jurors been part of the “Let’s Dance” jury?

Joachim Llambi has been part of the jury since the first season (2006) of “Let's Dance”. His judgments are often feared. In the introductory show he was represented by Rúrik Gíslason because of a corona infection. Our professional dancer Motsi Mabuse has been inspiring people with her emotional ratings since the fourth season (2011). Catwalk trainer Jorge Gonzalez has been on the expert jury since 2013, i.e. the sixth season.

Who will host “Let’s Dance” 2026?

The popular moderation duo of Daniel Hartwich and Victoria Swarovski is also back in the 19th season of “Let's Dance”. Victoria Swarovski followed in Sylvie Meis's footsteps in 2018. In 2016, Victoria ventured onto the dance floor herself and was able to leave “Let's Dance” with professional dancer Erich Klann as the winner. Daniel Hartwich has been presenter since the third season (2010).

Who decides who advances in “Let’s Dance”?

How does the awarding of points on “Let’s Dance” actually work? Voting is very easy! After each dance, the jury awards 1 to 10 points – a maximum of 30 points is possible. The points achieved are converted into a ranking: the couple with the lowest jury rating receives one point and the couple with the highest rating receives 14 points. Important: If, for example, there are only eight couples left in the competition, only a maximum score of 8 points can be awarded.

Viewers rate by casting votes for their favorite via telephone or SMS voting. Here too, the calls are ranked. This means that the couple with the lowest number of audience votes gets one point and the couple with the highest number of votes gets 14 points – of course only if there are 14 couples in the competition.

The points from the jurors and the spectators are then added together. The couple with the lowest overall score must leave the competition. In the event of a tie, the couple with the higher audience votes advances to a round. So call carefully so that the favorites can get ahead.
