In an RTL interview at the “Deichmann Step into Summer Event” in Hamburg, Jeanette Biedermann speaks openly about her pregnancy, her new attitude to life – and her professional future plans. Between the baby bump, the music studio and high heels, the 46-year-old reveals why she is currently consciously listening to her gut feeling and why she doesn't want to retire from her career despite being pregnant.

Jeanette Biedermann is currently beaming more than ever: The singer and actress is enjoying her pregnancy to the fullest – and with impressive composure and positive energy. “They didn’t destroy me,” the 46-year-old says with a laugh to RTL and explains that she pays particular attention to her inner attitude: “I think the most important thing is to sort your own thoughts well and be grateful.”

The expectant mother seems completely happy and emphasizes: “I’m healthy – so wonderful.” Although she now pays more attention to her strength and consciously takes breaks, she remains creatively active. Jeanette is currently writing a lot of music and working on new songs. She is also still planning small appearances – albeit without the big stage shows.
The singer and actress does not want to completely retire from her career even after the birth. While she can currently only work to a limited extent as an actress. Biedermann to RTL: “There are only two roles right now: pregnant or the secretary in the crime scene.” The expectant mother is currently concentrating primarily on her music. New songs, creative projects and occasional live performances are still on the agenda. But she wants to be completely relaxed about what happens next after the birth.

Particularly charming: Despite her baby bump, the singer went straight to high heels for a shoot. “I immediately picked out stilettos,” she says with a smile. At home, however, things are more comfortable: “Leggings, T-shirt and slippers.” After all, the stylish appearances have simply been a part of Jeanette's show business for over 20 years.
