“It couldn’t be more creamy!”Henssler's one-pan pasta – minimal washing up, maximum taste!
This is how we love cooking!
Just 20 minutes of time, a pan and a pasta about which the Henssler says: “It couldn’t be more creamy!” We have no further questions. Let’s get to the stove!
Ingredients for two servings:
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Preparation:
-
Cut dried tomatoes into thin strips. Grate the Parmesan finely and set aside.
-
Melt butter in a large skillet over low-medium heat. Add dried tomatoes and tomato paste and fry in the butter.
-
Add the raw linguine to the tomatoes in the pan and pour in the broth. Close the lid and simmer in the broth over medium heat until the linguine is flexible but not quite al dente. Stir occasionally.
-
Pour in the cream and place the cream cheese on the pasta. Season with salt and pepper, mix everything together and cook the pasta over a low heat with a lid until al dente.
-
Remove the pan from the heat and mix well again. If the sauce is too thick, thin it with a little water or stock. Fold in Parmesan. Arrange one-pan pasta on plates.
