
The city of Fulda invites you to two information evenings to inform residents about traffic regulations and access rights during Hessentag.
Fulda – This year’s Hesse day brings numerous visitors to Fulda in June and at the same time has a significant impact on traffic in the city center. As the municipal press office announced, affected residents can find out about the measures at two events after the Easter holidays.
Fulda before Hessentag: City invites residents to important appointments
Hessentag takes place from Friday, June 12th to Sunday, June 21st in Fulda. During this time and sometimes during construction and dismantling work, there will be traffic restrictions in the city center.
In order to inform residents in the affected areas at an early stage, the city is inviting people to two information evenings in the Prince's Hall of the City Palace. Topics include access and parking regulations, applying for access permits and the concept for local public transport.

The first appointment on Monday, April 13, at 6 p.m is primarily aimed at the population Upper Town. The area affected is the area east of Rabanusstrasse up to the train station, between Schlossgarten and Nikolausstrasse/Petersgasse.
The second information evening on Tuesday, April 14, at 6 p.m is aimed at residents of the Undercity west of Rabanusstraße to Fulda-Aue, between Stadtschloss/Domplatz/Am Hopfengarten and Peterstor/Buttermarkt/Brauhausstraße/Robert-Kircher-Straße. According to the city, registration is not required.
Following the presentation of the general regulations, employees of the Office of Road Traffic and Parking will be available to answer individual questions.
