The investigation has been “reopened!”
Already in November 2024 Collien Fernandes Complaints were filed against unknown persons, and the proceedings were dropped about a year later. The presenter turns to the Spanish judiciary – and a few days ago to the public, making serious allegations against her ex-husband Christian Ulmen. Now the investigation is taking place again in Germany.
Itzehoe public prosecutor's office is resuming investigations
“The investigations have been resumed after checking the media publications,” confirms Peter Müller-Rakow from the Itzehoe public prosecutor’s office when asked by RTL. “This means that further examinations of the matter will now be carried out in our company, including the clarification of the nature of the facts. Beyond that, no further information is possible for tactical reasons.”
As RTL knows, the proceedings revolve around Section 202a of the Criminal Code. It says: “Anyone who gains unauthorized access for himself or another person to data that is not intended for him and that is specially secured against unauthorized access, by overcoming the access security, will be punished with a prison sentence of up to three years or a fine.”

The proceedings in Itzehoe were originally discontinued
The Dream Ship actress made her original complaint against unknown people in November 2024 in Berlin. The proceedings end up with the Itzehoe public prosecutor's office because the actress has a registered address in the district there, but will be discontinued in June 2025. According to the authority, due to a lack of response to a request for further documents. Fernandes contradicts this representation in the Tagesspiegel.
