Bad Hersfeld – As the East Hesse police headquarters announced, a 22-year-old BMW driver from Neuenstein was driving on the B27 federal highway from the direction of Bad Hersfeld on Saturday afternoon (March 21st) at around 12.40 p.m Fulda. A 29-year-old Skoda driver from the community of Haunetal was driving on Rudolf-Diesel-Straße.
Injured in accident on B27 – property damage of 10,000 euros
According to the police station in Bad Hersfeld, the 29-year-old then intended to turn left onto the B27, also in the direction of Fulda. A collision occurred in the intersection area. The 22-year-old was slightly injured in the accident. The emergency services treated the BMW driver and took her to hospital.
The BMW was no longer drivable. He had to be towed away. According to police estimates, the accident caused property damage amounting to 10,000 euros. Two days earlier, an unknown person vandalized a garden in Tann. He lost control of his vehicle and destroyed a flower bed – then fled.
