It is now tick season almost all year round!
The little beasts can hide particularly well in dog hair and it is often difficult for dog owners to find them. We'll reveal why you should use your smartphone when looking for ticks in dog fur – regardless of whether it's iOS or Android.
The risk of ticks is not just high in summer!
Nowadays, there is no longer an increased risk of ticks only in warmer months, but all year round. The reason: Ticks become active as soon as the temperature is at least five to seven degrees Celsius on several consecutive days. Because of climate change and rising temperatures, even in winter, the spread of ticks is encouraged.
