Between luxury life in Dubai, financial worries and fatherly duties!
Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht is once again causing discussions. In the current season of “These Ochsenknechts,” the 34-year-old speaks openly about why living closer to his daughter Snow isn’t working for him at the moment.
Luxury villa in Dubai – but no house in Hanover
Has been living for some time Jimi Blue in his adopted home of Dubai. There he shares a luxurious 280 square meter villa with several bedrooms, his own studio and a prime location just a few minutes from downtown with a business partner.
In the Sky series, the actor explains the costs openly: “We have 280 square meters – we do 50/50, so around 2,400 euros for each.”
A move to Hanover to be closer to her ex-partner Yeliz Koc and their daughter Snow is currently not an option for Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht. The reason is primarily financial.
“I'm not ready to get a house in Hanover and say: 'Okay, I'll take care of the family one hundred percent now', because I'm not financially stable for that yet,” explains the 34-year-old according to “Bunte”.

Yeliz Koc makes allegations
The conversations become particularly emotional when it comes to daughter Snow. Yeliz makes it clear how much the little one misses her father.
“Snow asked about you every day. When is my dad coming, where is he – and you're in Dubai doing halligalli all the time,” she accuses him in a trailer for the Sky reality documentary “Yeliz and Jimi – We are family” published on Instagram.

Jimi defends himself in the documentary trailer, which was published on Instagram, and refers to his professional situation: “I'm here at least once a month. I have to earn money, otherwise I'll be in prison again.” He also openly admits that he is overwhelmed by the situation: “We're both overwhelmed at the moment. I can't do it perfectly from one day to the next, and I'm sorry about that too.”
According to “Bunte”, mother Natascha Ochsenknecht also comments on the situation. She supports her son and emphasizes that she sees positive development in him. Jimi works a lot and has changed, according to her. He needs time for that – and that's exactly what she thinks he should be given.
Is Jimi Blue coming to the jungle camp soon?
In order to achieve his goals in Dubai, Jimi Blue Ochsenknecht now seems to be open to other reality formats, according to “Bunte”. Even taking part in “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” So he doesn't rule it out.
