“Get away quickly, before the steak knives come!”
Nobody would have expected this encounter: Oliver Pocher and Pietro Lombardi, of all people, suddenly meet clan boss Arafat Abou-Chaker at dinner – the man with whom rapper Bushido is now completely at odds. A surprise and a bizarre saying followed.
Pocher and Lombardi talk about a meeting with Gina-Lisa and a Bushido enemy
Particularly explosive: Just recently had Bushido publicly against Pietro Lombardi shot and called him a “poor sausage”. It is all the more surprising that Pietro speaks positively about a meeting with Bushido's former manager. In their podcast “Patchwork Boys”, Pocher and Lombardi now talk in detail about the bizarre restaurant scene in Cologne.
The two actually just wanted to go out for a quick meal after their padel match. But as soon as he came in, Pocher spotted Gina-Lisa Lohfink – and Arafat Abou-Chaker was sitting right next to her. “I go up and out of the corner of my eye I see a completely dressed-up woman,” says the entertainer with a laugh. “Then I look again and think: That’s Gina-Lisa.”

While Lombardi only later realized who was sitting at the table, Pocher went straight over to greet them. “I say, 'Well hello, nice to see you.' And just sitting to the right is Arafat.” The mood? Surprisingly relaxed. “Extremely nice man,” says Lombardi looking back. “We know him from music, headlines and the internet – but live it was totally friendly.”
Of course, Pocher wouldn't be Pocher if he didn't immediately allow himself to make a provocative statement: “I said straight away: 'What are you doing here in Cologne? Because of Bushido? DSDS fan?'” Even Arafat had to laugh about it. Olli continued: “He said straight away: 'It was good.'”

For Lombardi, the mix of the evening was particularly surreal: “Gina-Lisa and Arafat at the same table – I knew immediately: Today we are really in the right store.” Pocher and Lombardi then state in the podcast that such encounters repeatedly confirm that many people would behave completely differently on the Internet than in real life. “Everyone is always making announcements or filming clips online. But when you sit across from each other live, it’s usually completely normal,” says the comedian.

Lombardi agrees with him surprisingly clearly: “That's what I always say. Many people immediately think one thing because of the Internet. But when you experience people live, it's often completely different.” Finally, Pocher delivers his typical punchline:
“I just thought: get away quickly before the steak knives are used.” An evening somewhere between celebrity dinner, rap drama and complete Cologne reality.
If you want to listen to the episode, it has been online since Friday midnight in Oliver Pocher's official app, called “POCHER.Club”.
