When the days get longer and the air smells like early summer in the evening, strawberry season begins. You can get exactly this blissful feeling into your glass. Strawberry cocktails are the perfect companion for warm evenings. With our recipe suggestions you can switch off and enjoy the moment with a delicious drink.
Strawberry Smash
You can prepare this fruity cocktail in just a few minutes. For two glasses you need the following ingredients:

100 grams of ripe strawberries

24 ice cubes

3 tablespoons sugar syrup
-
8 tablespoons of vodka
-
2 tablespoons orange liqueur
-
2 pieces of organic lemon peel (thinly peeled, without white skin, approx. 5×2 centimeters each)

4 tablespoons lemon juice
And this is how it's done:
Halve a few strawberries with greens and set aside. The remaining strawberries are cleaned, halved and placed in a cocktail cup with eight ice cubes, the sugar syrup, vodka, orange liqueur, lemon peel and lemon juice. Close tightly and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.
Fill the remaining ice cubes and the halved strawberries with greens into two glasses. Then pour the cocktail through a strainer into the glasses and serve it.

Aperol strawberry spritz
This early summer drink can also be prepared in no time! Before you start you should have these ingredients ready:
The cocktail is prepared like this:
First wash the strawberries and remove the green, then puree 20 fruits. Cut the remaining berries into small pieces. Now fill two glasses with the ice cubes and the chopped strawberries. Then distribute the strawberry puree, the Aperol and the Prosecco among the glasses. Finally top up with sparkling water and the drinks are ready.

Strawberry Mojito (non-alcoholic)
Since not everyone drinks alcohol, here is our suggestion for a mocktail. This has to be on the shopping list:

This is how the ingredients become two delicious mocktails:
Cut strawberries and divide into two glasses with lime, mint and sugar. Press everything lightly into each glass. Add crushed ice. Pour in mineral water and stir. The drinks are now ready to enjoy!
