Erik relieves Matilda
Eric (Patrick Heinrich) noticed that Matilda (Anna-Katharina Fecher) gave himself a false alibi so as not to put him in further trouble. Because if Tony (Olivia Marei) learns that she and Erik have spent another night together, which would be the death knell for their marriage. But for Erik this pressure is too great. He decides to make a statement to the police, which completely exonerates Matilda. The preview video shows how Toni reacts to this.
Gerner needs a plan
Gerner (Wolfgang Bahro) is concerned about the damage to the bank's image that is currently suffering due to the murder of Zoe (Lara Dandelion Seibert). Curious reporters lurk around every corner and the slightest statement is turned around in his mouth by the press. Jo doesn't like the fact that he finds out about Matilda's fake alibi and the affair with Erik right now. He needs a plan to safely maneuver Gerner Financial Group through this crisis… and quickly.
Is Nina going to London with Jessica?
Given the tense situation with Toni, moving to London is an increasingly interesting alternative for Nina (Maria Wedig). When Katrin (Ulrike Frank), Maren (Eva Mona Rodekirchen) and Yvonne (Gisa Zach) find out about this, they are initially horrified and don't want to let their friend go. But Nina seems to have already made up her mind.
