
A 24-year-old was attacked at night on Bahnhofstrasse in Fulda. The police are looking for the perpetrator and are looking for witnesses.

One of them suddenly hit him several times in the face with his fist. The young man suffered minor injuries, police spokesman Lukas Rech said. The attacker is around 18 to 25 years old and between 1.80 and 1.90 meters tall. He has short black hair and a southern appearance.
The man has a tattoo on his neck. When he committed the crime in downtown Fulda, he wore a shirt and a T-shirt underneath. The police ask for information to be sent to the East Hesse police headquarters on (0661) 1050, to any other police station or via the Online watch at www.polizei.hessen.de.
On Sunday, the police reported that Hesse Day was generally peaceful on the second and third days of the state festival. The officials mentioned three incidents that occurred on the second day of the major event due to excessive alcohol consumption by some visitors.
