Two young women fell into a stream in a motorcycle accident in Eichenzell-Kerzell. Both were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Eichenzell – A 16-year-old from Neuhof was traveling on Hanauer Straße in Kerzell on Monday evening (April 27) around 10:35 p.m. with her Yamaha 125cc machine and a passenger when an animal suddenly appeared on the road. The young driver avoided the animal but lost control of her motorcycle.
Evasive maneuvers lead to a fall into a four meter deep stream
At the exit of the town she crashed into the wall of a bridge over the Döllbach, as the police report. Both the 16-year-old and her 18-year-old passenger fell into the stream, which was around four meters below. The two young women were taken to a nearby hospital with minor injuries.
The officers at the East Hesse police headquarters estimate the material damage to be around 3,500 euros. Motorcycle accidents happen all the time. Just recently A motorcyclist fell badly near Steinaubecause a Maserati cut the curve. Now the police are looking for the driver.
