Wemag and Eintracht Frankfurt are gold sponsors at the Hessentag in Fulda. The Bundesliga soccer team is bringing Adler Attila and the Europa League trophy to the baroque city.
Fulda – The sponsor list for Hesse day 2026 in Fulda is now complete. Last week, Wemag and Eintracht Frankfurt signed together with Mayor Dr. Heiko Wingenfeld signed the “Gold” sponsorship contract, as the city of Fulda announced in a press release on Tuesday (April 28).

“We are pleased that Wemag, as a traditional family business with its headquarters in Fulda, is supporting the Hessentag and has brought Eintracht Frankfurt, a partner that is not only known nationally but also worldwide, on board. This combination is once again something special,” explained the Mayor.
As part of the Hessentag, Wemag will present the street of business. Together with that of World champion Uwe Bein opened Eintracht Frankfurt's partner fan shop and Eintracht itself will create an attractive event area that offers visitors of all ages opportunities to linger, shop and have shared experiences.
“We as Wemag are pleased to be able to present the street of business. Together with our partners, we are creating a lively event area for young and old. The Hessentag offers space for numerous special encounters,” said Christopher Schaus, managing partner of Wemag.
Board member Philipp Reschke took part in the signing event in the Fulda City Palace on behalf of Eintracht. He emphasized: “The Hessentag has become an institution, also for the many fans and members of Eintracht Frankfurt who are everywhere Hesse are at home. That’s why it’s an obligation and a pleasure for us to be part of the Hessentag in Fulda in 2026.”
Eintracht plans to use its offerings to connect people, enable encounters and create memories. The agreed sponsorship services not only include material and equipment from Wemag for the municipal and volunteer employees of the Hessentag, but also events that go beyond the interest of football fans.
The golden eagle Attila, the club's living mascot, will appear twice at the Eintracht stand. The 2022 Europa League trophy will also be presented there for a whole day. There are many offers, especially for children, throughout Hessentag, including a bouncy castle, table football, a wheel of fortune and competitions from Eintracht Frankfurt.
