“Mini Pork Cordon Bleu” instead of “Mini Pork Schnitzel”
As the consumer protection portal Produktwarning.eu writes, Recker Convenience GmbH is recalling the product “ja! Pig Mini Schnitzel”. As the company announced, there was an incorrect product “in a few packages”. Instead of the mini schnitzels, “mini pork cordon bleu” were packaged.
Since Cordon Bleau contains cheese, this mix-up could pose a health risk, particularly for people with a milk protein allergy and/or lactose intolerance. These people are therefore strongly advised not to consume it. However, consumption is safe for people without allergies.
