Verona Pooth (57) and husband Franjo Pooth (56) are apparently selling their villa in Germany. “We felt that the time had now come to open a new chapter,” explained the 57-year-old to the Bild newspaper. The couple is said to have lived in the house with their sons Diego (22) and Rocco (14) for over ten years.

The Pooths have now moved their center of life to Dubai. The sale of the house is not a final farewell, however Verona Pooth further explained: “Franjo commutes a lot for work and I also often work in Germany.”

According to the exposé, the property on a private street in the Alt-Meerbusch residential area is being offered for a purchase price of 4.95 million euros. The country house villa, built in 1996 and completely renovated in 2016, offers ten rooms, three bathrooms, a Poggenpohl fitted kitchen, a hand-made sauna made of Tyrolean wood and an outdoor and indoor swimming pool on around 530 square meters of living space.

Verona Pooth feels “at home” in Dubai

Just a few days ago, Verona Pooth revealed in an Instagram story that she would be returning to Dubai. She is “extremely happy because I have just had my flight confirmed. I am now flying back to Dubai,” she explained. It's such a nice feeling to come home again.

I'm so looking forward to it, I love Dubai.” In response to a fan question as to whether Dubai is not dangerous at the moment, the TV personality replied: “No, Dubai is not currently considered dangerous. The situation is calm and everyday life continues as normal.”

Rocco was in Dubai at the time of the escalation in the Middle East. As the situation in the region worsened and numerous flights were canceled, the teenager was stuck in the metropolis on the Persian Gulf. The 14-year-old was not on his own: Louisa, his older brother's girlfriend Diegoas well as a friend's parents looked after him on site. But when the situation escalated, Franjo Pooth decided to travel to him and accompany him to Germany, where they landed at the beginning of March. (spot on news/lha)
