A German died while hiking on the island of Mallorca. He fell into a ravine. It is said to be a 67-year-old from Poppenhausen.
Poppenhausen/Valledemossa – As Mallorca Magazine reports, citing the Guardia Civil and the Mallorca fire department, the man fell into a ravine near Valledemossa on Thursday morning around 11 a.m. He fell from a height of around 15 to 30 meters.

The German was traveling with two family members near the Camí de s'Arxiduc hiking trail. It is still unclear how the fatal fall occurred.
