It's a fight that robs him of his last strength.
Stephan Wolf has been unable to work since a serious traffic accident. The injuries were too bad and still affect him today. However, the pension fund initially does not recognize this – he has been fighting for his money for seven years. Stephan Wolf only has one wish, as he tells us in the video.
Stephan Wolf: “If you look at it like that, I’m a wreck”
“I was in a serious traffic accident and had injuries that could have been fatal,” explains Stephan Wolf when we visit him at home. He still suffers from the consequences to this day. However, the pension fund responsible for him does not want to pay. Despite several reports, they keep demanding documents and even want Stephan Wolf to return to the job market: “Every doctor said to me: You can't work anymore. Only the pension office says you can still work.”

Stephan Wolf still has scars that bother him to this day. In addition, walking hurts. For longer distances he relies on a walker and has to take frequent breaks: “I'm tied to the walker, I'm no longer allowed to do heavy lifting, I'm not allowed to work overhead. If you put it that way, I'm a wreck.”
A few months ago the first glimmer of hope
It hurts wife Kirsten to see her husband suffering so much: “I'm stunned. You feel exposed. I also noticed how my husband suffered from it. That he had nightmares and screamed at night. I see my husband and think to myself: He's right. Why doesn’t he get justice?”
Last November the first ray of hope: After more than seven years, numerous court appearances and a total of 17 reports, the pension fund recognized his claims. However, the Wolfs initially receive neither the pension notice nor the money. But why does the whole thing take so long?
