Heike and Erich Vollmann are really looking forward to their trip to Paris. But surprisingly the organizer cancels the bus trip. You will be offered an alternative date, but the couple does not have time. Instead, they want their money back.

“We wrote several times and were then put off with: Your matter is being processed and the payment will be made in the next few weeks”Erich Vollmann tells us. However, nothing happened for months – the couple hired a lawyer. He also tries to contact the company in question. Unsuccessful. The family then files a complaint and the case even goes to the regional court. Although the Vollmanns are right, the money is still a long time coming. However, the sum has now been refunded.
Looking at the website, the company does not appear to be insolvent. We also find many positive reviews online – but occasional messages appear in which travelers describe similar experiences to the Vollmanns. “To date we have not received any money back. Instead, we have been stalled for months”says one review, for example.
