Great success at the state competition “Youth making music” in Schlitz
In age group II, Onrie-Ilaj Bajrovic and Elischa Ortlieb each secured 25 points and thus a first prize. Since the competition regulations in this age group do not yet allow forwarding to the Federal competition the journey for the two young artists ends at this point.
Jonathan Ortlieb from age group III and Konrad Kaffanke from age group V went one step further. Both also achieved the highest ranking and thus qualified for the national final. In 2025, Kaffka was awarded second place in the national competition, making him one of the best young musicians in Germany in his age group.
The success was rounded off by two third prizes in the “Chamber Music for Wind Instruments” category. Here Ferdinand Wehner from age group VI and Svea Gutmann from age group V each got 19 points.
