Get in top shape with the 6-6-6 method – here's how
The goal of the 6-6-6 method is to develop a routine that integrates more exercise into everyday life. And this is what the whole thing looks like: 60 minutes of brisk walking, six days a week for six weeks. The constant movement is also intended to burn fat. Melanie Esser – self-proclaimed sports person – is doing the test for us. And she quickly realizes: the challenge is not easy.

“Today we are on day 8. And I have to say, the motivation has already waned”explains Melanie, who makes her rounds whatever the wind and weather. But the weather is not the only challenge, time management is also. Because it's not always so easy to carve out an hour six times a week.
