Although the 25-year-old was able to avoid a fall, according to the police, he was stopped shortly afterwards by the emergency services and temporarily arrested. During the check it turned out that the man did not have a valid driver's license.

Officers discovered that the vehicle had an unissued insurance license plate attached. Therefore there was no liability insurance cover. The two-wheeler was towed away. Criminal proceedings were initiated against the 25-year-old.
A few hours later Meanwhile, a driver collided head-on with a truck on the B254 in the Vogelsberg district. The young woman was seriously injured in the accident on the federal highway between Schwalmtal and Lauterbach.
