Finally it's back on the floorSleepless nights, personal pharmacies & Co.! Here are exclusive backstage pictures before the big introductory show
Now we're sweating, shaking and dancing again.
“Let's Dance” is back – and even before the first big show, the celebrities' emotions are going crazy. Between adrenaline, sore muscles and team spirit, it quickly becomes clear: this journey will not be a walk in the park. Why Ross Antony has an entire pharmacy at the start? This and other exclusive insights behind the scenes can be found in the video above.
Sore muscles, adrenaline and sleepless nights during “Let’s Dance”
Even before they hit the dance floor for the first time, the training pushes the celebrities to their limits. The pressure, the physical strain and the excitement are noticeable – and even rob some candidates of sleep. “I woke up really drenched in sweat, but really, my bed was soaking wet. All this adrenaline and also the body naturally reacts to all this stress,” says singer Nadja Benaissa openly about the nerve-wracking first days.

Entertainer Ross Antony also takes on the challenge with humor – and good preparation. There are plasters and painkillers piled up in his wardrobe. “I think about food all the time. It's so bad. I dance all the time and I notice that the calories are flying away. It's crazy,” he says. After intensive training sessions, his body is completely exhausted: “I woke up today with sore muscles in positions where I never thought I had muscles.”

A feeling that many people share – heavy legs, new movements and the realization of how demanding dancing really is. But despite all the hardships, the group quickly grows together. Between the sweat and the sequence of steps, a strong sense of community emerges. “I really love the boys,” enthuses singer Milano – summing up what makes “Let’s Dance” so special: It’s not just about dancing, but also about solidarity, courage and growing beyond yourself. The big adventure finally begins with the introductory show.
