According to the city of Hünfeld, the exhibition provides a look at past decades, ranging from portraits to religious representations and visionary motifs to landscapes. “The special exhibition offers an insight into the cultural diversity of Hünfeld and shows how art and regional history are connected,” says museum director Ute Schneider. The thematic structure enables a varied tour through different eras.
On display are works by Ernst Bräuning and his daughter Gertrudis, Hanni Klenner, Konrad Zuse, Pedro Ernst Schmiegelow, Jürgen Blum, Frank Tschinkel, the Neustadt porcelain painter Josef Neumann, Marie Pischon and the author Alfred E.
