Before the finale, SHE gives another insight into her inner life!
The big “Let’s Dance” finale will take place on Friday evening (May 29th) – live on RTL and RTL+ from 8:15 p.m. Then Anna-Carina Woitschack (33), Joel Mattli and Milano dance with their partners for the dance crown. Before the finale, the pop singer speaks exclusively to RTL.de about her new single life and what it's like to live alone for the first time.
Anna-Carina Woitschack is moving back to Dessau
For 15 years, everyday life was also everyday relationship life for Anna-Carina Woitschack. Now the pop singer lives alone for the first time. Before the “Let's Dance” finale, she said in the RTL.de interview: “I wouldn't look anymore, I would let myself be found.”
Interesting: What almost no one knew until now – Anna-Carina moved back to her homeland during the Easter break of “Let's Dance”. “It’s the first time I’ve lived all alone,” explains the finalist. Before, she always lived in relationships “where you live together,” she describes. Her new old apartment is in Dessau, near her parents. That's exactly where she wanted to go back.

“I’m a relationship person,” she says. But this phase feels right for her. She first wants to “develop self-love,” she explains. Spend time alone and find out what she really wants. “What do I want anyway?” is how she describes the question that concerns her.

In the past, she sometimes believed that a relationship could give her “complete happiness,” says Anna. Today it sounds different. “Actually, happiness really starts with yourself and with yourself. And that’s what I’m learning right now,” she explains.
Anna-Carina wants to be found now
Nevertheless, she also makes it clear that she is always open to new love! “But I’m not closing myself off either,” Anna clarifies. She just doesn't want to actively search anymore. “If the dream man is standing at the bakery tomorrow or in the “Let's Dance” studio, then yes,” she says. “But it's not like that yet.”

The cup would already have a place
Even if Anna-Carina doesn't want to force victory, she already knows where the “Dancing Star” trophy will go. There is a cupboard in her new apartment where it would “look very, very nice,” she enthuses. But even without a trophy, the final feels big. “For me personally, reaching the final is something of a win,” she says. Her parents, family and friends are there in Cologne. She wants to toast with them, “but not too much,” explains Anna-Carina.

After “Let's Dance” there is no hole waiting, but it continues straight away. Anna will be on stage at a big hit event in Berlin on Saturday. “I haven't sung in three months now. I don't know if I can do it anymore,” she jokes. A new chapter begins for Anna-Carina Woitschack: living alone, back home, open to love but not dependent on it. And that's exactly what seems like her most personal dance.
Maybe soon even with a trophy!
Who will win the most jury points? Who amazes the audience the most? The grand finale will take place on May 29th at 8:15 p.m. on RTL and in Live stream on RTL+. But don't worry, dear “Let's Dance” fans. After that it's not over yet! The big professional challenge is still running on June 6th at 8:15 p.m.! Then the dance floor belongs solely to our professional dancers who compete against each other.
