Finalists fear emptiness
“Let’s Dance” is over – now what? The stars are afraid of a hole!
Bye, dancing shoes!
No training hall. No daily rehearsals. No more ten hours with the professional at your side. After twelve intense weeks, the 19th season of “Let's Dance” is over on May 29th and for the finalists Anna-Carina Woitschack, Milano and Joel Mattli, normal everyday life suddenly begins again after the finale. It is precisely this moment that the three of them have respect for, as they honestly admit in the video above.
After the “Let’s Dance” finale, there is a threat of emptiness
“Ninja Warrior” star Joel Mattli makes no secret of the fact that saying goodbye to this special dance time could be difficult. “Yes, that will happen. I don't think there's anything to be taken lightly about it. I think it's pretty certain that something like that will happen.” It's clear to him: After the final, things could go down emotionally: “What comes after that is definitely a bit of a low. That's okay. Who knows where the journey will lead.” Maybe the athlete wants to jump straight into a new project. But what is certain is that he is really looking forward to family time. Finally, he became a godfather while participating in “Let’s Dance”!

Singer Anna-Carina Woitschack is looking forward to her fans
Anna Carina Woitschack sees the end of the show a little differently. She doesn't expect a real hole: “It's more like looking back so wistfully with one laughing eye and one crying eye.” For them it goes straight on – to the next stage! Just one day after the “Let's Dance” finale, she appears at the big Schlager Olymp. That's exactly what she's really looking forward to. “And finally feel this reaction from people up close (…) When you buy an ice cream, you see people who talk to you, but you don't see anyone else. I also miss the people a little bit, the contact with people,” laughs the 33-year-old.

Milano will miss Marta and the dance bubble
At Milano the emptiness has already come knocking: “I think you're slowly, slowly falling into a hole now. From the day after tomorrow you'll get up. And then? We don't have any training. Marta is no longer there? The people are no longer there. We're no longer in the hotel. We're all at home.” After three months in the dance world, he returns to his life before “Let's Dance”. “I think the first two or three weeks are going to be very, very complicated. For me and for all of us, I think. And I'm really excited to see how it turns out.”
