“I did more paddling than fucking!”
Oliver Pocher and Pietro Lombardi haven't spoken so openly in a long time! In the new episode of their podcast “Patchwork Boys”, which is available exclusively to RTL.de, they talk about sex, relationships and everyday life with children – and they do so with brutal honesty.
Pocher and Lombardi speak surprisingly openly about their love lives
The trigger is actually just a harmless fan question. But this turns into a conversation that many young parents can probably identify with. When it comes to the question of how often you have sex in a long-term relationship with children, both of them laugh at first – and then become surprisingly honest.
“Twice a week would be crazy,” says Oliver Pocher dry. “It’s almost a gangbang!” Pietro Lombardi can only laugh about it and immediately follows up: “Brother, I don’t think I’ve ever had twice a week in my life.”

Then the DSDS star thinks about it and shortly afterwards makes a surprising confession: “Seven months. Longer, even.” It's been so long since he's had sex. Pocher reacts in complete disbelief: “You haven’t had sexual intercourse in seven months?” His friend Pietro laughs and nods. It gets particularly funny when the two start comparing their current leisure activities. Lombardi sums it up: “I paddled more than fucked.”
The two talk openly about how much children, lack of sleep and everyday life change relationships. Then the father of five, Olli, and the father of three, Pietro, speak plainly. “It’s a different game with children,” explains Lombardi. Comedian Pocher adds smugly: “Trying to push one in under the blanket while breastfeeding is really difficult.”

Pocher also knows the situation all too well and describes everyday life with small children as a complete state of emergency: “With two children twice a week? Luxury.” In addition to the sex talk, the two also talk about romance and classic expressions of love – and even there opinions differ.
While many men would reach for the maypole, Lombardi doesn't think much of it. “I think it’s so bad,” he says of the tradition. “A woman sees this tree in the morning and is supposed to think: Wow?” Pocher counters, as usual, snappy and plays on his ex Amira Aly to: “If I had known that, I would have bought eight hectares of forest straight away.”
