Motorcyclist seriously injured: Police are looking for Maserati driver
According to the police's initial findings, the 25-year-old motorcyclist was driving his green Kawasaki from Marjoß towards Steinau an der Straße shortly after 3 p.m. on Saturday. According to further information, he then avoided an oncoming car on the country road because it was cutting the curve.
“He lost control of his machine, got into an adjacent forest and apparently suffered a fracture. It is currently unclear whether there were any further injuries,” reported police spokesman Thomas Leipold. According to officials, the car was a black Maserati.
After the biker fell, his driver continued driving without providing any help. Based on the information they have so far, the police are now investigating the unauthorized removal from the scene of the accident. Other road users also noticed the car driving at an inadequate speed and cutting corners.
The police in Schlüchtern are now hoping for further information from witnesses about the driver of the Maserati. Whistleblowers are asked to contact officials on (06661) 96100. Some time ago, a pedestrian was hit by a Maserati in a serious accident.
