The company “foodloose” warns against eating its product “White Delights – Pistachio”. The reason: A customer found a suspicious object inside. The item is date balls with pistachio filling. They are sold in many stores. The manufacturer has now significantly tightened its warning.

If you have this snack pack at home, you should take a closer look now. The manufacturer “foodloose” has expanded its recall for “White Delights – Pistachio”. The reason: Individual packages could contain parts that could cause injury.
Initially only one batch was affected (RTL.de reported), now there are two. The Hamburg company is expanding the recall of its date balls “White Delights – Pistachio” out of. According to the manufacturer, it cannot be ruled out that there are parts in individual packages.

Specifically, according to “foodloose” it is about products with batch numbers H49B1 or J49B0. There are also the best-before dates August 4, 2026 and October 4, 2026. Which batch is available is stated on the packaging.
Important: A few days ago, “foodloose” initially only gave a batch number. The recall has now been expanded to include another batch.
The company warns against consuming the affected date balls. There is a risk that you could injure yourself from the parts it contains. Customers should also ensure that children do not have access to the affected packs. According to Foodloose, other company products are not affected.

According to the company, the product was sold at Rossmann and Budni, among others. It was therefore commercially available in all federal states except Saarland.
