
The Vogelsbergkreis district crafts association officially opened its new office in Lauterbach with an “open day” on Saturday (April 18th).
Lauterbach – After around one and a half years of construction, it was done: the Vogelsbergkreis district crafts association moved into its new office at Rhönstraße 5 in Lauterbach in January. In The new building is in close proximity to the teaching yard and the Vogelsberg School A modern contact point for regional crafts for advice, organization and the further development of crafts has been created, the district craftsmen's association announced in a press release.

What should be particularly highlighted is the strong community effort: the construction of the new building was made possible through the close cooperation of district craftsmen, guilds and numerous regional craft businesses and partners.
Planning, implementation and commitment show what the local trade can achieve together. Now it is time to celebrate this milestone, reports the district craftsmen's association: The official opening will take place with an “open day”. On Saturday (April 18th) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. everyone is invited to get to know the new rooms and experience the craftsmanship up close.

Under the motto “Experience craftsmanship!” A varied program awaits visitors. The guilds present their skills with demonstrations and participation opportunities and provide insights into their trades. The main topics include smart home, heating and heat pump technology as well as burglary security.
In addition, the district craftsmen's association provides information about the diverse paths into the craft – from internships to training and further education – and shows perspectives for the professional future. A bouncy castle and other activities are available for the young guests, while a competition promises additional excitement. (rsb)
