Collien Fernandes (44) has apparently filed a criminal complaint against her ex-husband at the district court in Palma de Mallorca Christian Ulmen (50) submitted. This is what the mirror reports. According to the report, the allegations include presumption of personal status, public insult and bodily harm.

As the report states, profiles were created in their names on platforms such as LinkedIn. Accordingly, someone pretended to be the 44-year-old. In addition, pornographic material is said to have been sent, with videos and images apparently deliberately intended to give the impression that the women shown were Fernandes.

In November 2024, she filed a criminal complaint against unknown people in Berlin for fake profiles. She therefore suspected that trolls were behind it. She now believes that Christian Ulmen could be responsible, the Spiegel continues.

Christian Ulmen himself did not comment on questions from “Spiegel”, which had a draft of this advertisement. According to the report, the court has allegedly “initiated so-called preliminary investigations”. Whether an indictment will be filed or the proceedings will be discontinued is currently unclear. The presumption of innocence applies.
