The photo of the two women is now being shared on Facebook.

Duffy shot to overnight fame in 2008 with the release of her hit song Mercy on the album Rockferry, which won her three BRIT Awards, a Grammy and an Ivor Novello Award.

She later released a second album and announced a third, but then disappeared from public view without giving fans or the music industry an explanation. A confidant at the time said, according to the Daily Mail, that Duffy simply “didn’t want to be found”; For the next nine years she lived largely in seclusion in her house in Surrey.
