22 years of friendship, but never on the floor together.
Isabel Edvardsson and Massimo Sinató are now making up for this in the “Let’s Dance” professional challenge. And then a kiss during their Charleston is a real eye-catcher. After the dance, the couple is overwhelmed by their emotions. Both Isabel and Massimo let their emotions flow and the tears flow.
When the music from “Pirates of the Caribbean” starts, it’s immediately clear: these two have something planned.
In the “Let's Dance” professional challenge, Isabel Edvardsson and Massimo Sinató compete together as a dance couple for the first time. It's hard to believe, after all, the two dance professionals have known each other for more than two decades. For their Charleston with the motto “Movies” they rely on speed, humor and a lot of pirate feeling.
Isabel and Massimo can hardly believe that they have never danced together before. “It's unbelievable. We've known each other for 22 years and are dancing together for the first time at the professional challenge. That's actually unbelievable,” marvels Isabel.
During their Charleston to the sounds of “Pirates of the Caribbean”, Isabel and Massimo not only show sophisticated steps, but also a lot of joy in playing. One moment in particular sticks with you: Suddenly there is a kiss on the parquet.
For both of them, that's exactly what their performance is about. After all, they don't just want to deliver steps, they want to tell a story and convey emotions. And they succeed! How close their joint performance on the dance floor is to them becomes clear when tears run down their cheeks after the jury's overwhelming verdict.
For Isabel, the professional challenge could even mean a first. The popular Swede has never won the competition before.
That's exactly why Massimo has a very special goal. “She still has a place left on her fireplace,” he reveals with a smile. But Isabel's offspring is even more important. “And her three children would be so happy if she brought the pot home with her.” That's why it's clear to him: “I wish it for her with all my heart.”
The audience in the “Let's Dance” professional challenge decides whether the Charleston with a kiss is actually enough to win.
