Moritz no longer wants to remain silent

GZSZ episode 8,531 “Business Moms” on Monday, June 1st at 7:40 p.m. on RTL

When Yvonne cannot bring herself to testify on Laura's behalf against Gerner because she believes both of them are innocent, and John also comes to nothing with his testimony, Moritz decides to no longer remain silent. While Yvonne finds support in Gerner's arms, Moritz weighs heavily on him at the police station.

Alicia is annoyed that Katrin messed up the assignment with the young mother and founder Maya Kramer. When Alicia meets Maya by chance and Maya mistakes Tom for her son, Alicia is able to turn things around again. She gets the job and tells Katrin that Maya wants to work with her.

Philip sees through the fact that Jessica wanted to propose to him and, touched, agrees even without the ring. But then they both discover that Clara didn't swallow the ring, but rather decorated her plush elephant with it. And now Jessica can no longer be denied a perfectly formed proposal.

According to Moritz's statement, Gerner wrongly believes that Yvonne betrayed him. When Yvonne explains the circumstances and seeks understanding from him for her dilemma, she is disappointed. Because Gerner makes it unmistakably clear that if she chooses Laura and testifies against him, he will be done with her.

Nihat, Gerner and Julian have a very important exploratory meeting for the takeover of Banco Montoya. But when both Julian and Gerner are unable to attend the meeting, Nihat has to improvise. When the appointment threatens to be canceled because he is only the speaker, he spontaneously pretends to be Matilda's fiancé.

Jonas is happy when he finds out that he was able to help Mats after all. Through the youth club, Jonas notices that his social side is coming more and more to the fore. Because he enjoyed working with the kids so much, he decided to do an internship there.

With a heavy heart, Yvonne decides to take a stand for Laura, knowing full well that she will lose Gerner. But with Laura and John there is now reason to hope that Laura's guilt no longer seems so clear. The shock is even greater when they find out that the public prosecutor has brought charges against Laura. Not only was Yvonne's sacrifice in vain – for Laura it has even wider implications. Katrin now demands that she also sell her shares in the agency. Laura is on the verge of total extinction.

Matilda and Nihat have to go before Dr. Larios continues to act like they are engaged. The effort is worth it, the Gerner Financial Group's takeover intention falls on fertile ground. Matilda and Nihat are a dream team – at least that's how Nihat feels, for whom it's more than just a cheerful charade. Spurred on by Julian, Nihat cautiously begins to hope again.

Erik wants to apologize to his friends

Katrin stands by this: Laura is no longer viable for the agency. Moritz accuses her of cold-heartedly profiting from Zoe's murder. And Katrin actually has a motive. Could she have had something to do with Zoe's murder? And who is this man who demands money from Katrin and for what?

Erik sincerely apologizes to Nihat, but does not reach Nihat. Erik knows the whole thing still needs time. In order to make moral amends in the meantime, Erik wants to offer a cooking class in Jonas's youth club. And Nihat surprisingly offers support.

Carlos suffers alone from losing Zoe. When Jessica honestly shows him her compassion, he is able to open up for a moment. Jessica asks him not to let hate consume him. But finding Zoe's killer is Carlo's only way to deal with his anger and despair.

GZSZ episode 8,535 “Blind Despair” on Friday, June 5th at 7:40 p.m. on RTL

Carlos remains driven to put Zoe's murderer in prison. When he gets the impression that John, Gerner and Laura are doing everything they can to ensure that no one can be convicted of Zoe's murder, Carlos sees red.

Katrin is under massive pressure because Gassler seems to have her under control. What does this have to do with Zoe's murder? Gassler blackmails Katrin with his knowledge, whereupon Katrin tensely pays the ransom.

Alicia is enjoying that things are going well for her right now. With Paul and work. The meeting with the wheel manufacturer is intended to secure Alicia's position in the agency when, of all things, a childhood illness takes her down.
