There are rumors about affairs on “Let’s Dance” every year

Jan Kittmann (43) took fifth place together with Kathrin Menzinger (37) in the 19th season of “Let's Dance” that just ended. The actor and the professional dancer harmonized so well on the dance floor that whispers quickly arose: Could the two have gotten closer over the past few intensive months outside of dancing? They are now taking a stand at Bild. “Rumours about affairs on 'Let's Dance' arise regularly every year, including this season. This is probably inevitable with passionate dances,” emphasizes Kittmann's management.

Menzinger sees it that way too. “There are rumors like this from time to time among dance couples. If two people in a team work well together and get along well, speculation quickly starts,” she explains.

Menzinger and Kittmann are both in solid hands

Both Kittmann and Menzinger are taken anyway. The “GZSZ” star is married, but keeps his wife out of the public eye. In the “GZSZ” podcast in 2020, he revealed that he had known his wife for over ten years and that he married “very pragmatically” in a small circle shortly before the birth of their child in 2018.

Kathrin Menzinger, on the other hand, only announced her engagement to her partner Maximilian Kumptner shortly before the start of “Let's Dance”. In February, she posted a series of photos from her vacation in Asia with her engagement ring on Instagram. “A million times yes,” she wrote about the photos with the photographer, with whom she has been dating since 2019. Menzinger was previously in a relationship with fellow professional dancer Vadim Garbuzov until 2015.
