The noose continues to tighten.
In the murder trial of eight-year-old Fabian, who was killed in October 2025, witnesses heavily incriminated Gina H.. They stated that they had seen the defendant's car on a dirt road near where the body was later found on the day of the crime. The pickup truck came off a path in Klein Upahl on October 10th. He recognized the car immediately, said an 18-year-old who was a farmer with colleagues collecting stones from the field and taking a lunch break.

Witnesses saw the pickup truck driving away from the site where the body was found

However, his colleague, who was also interviewed as a witness, said that he could not see the driver in the car. According to both witnesses, the car drove towards Upahl and came from the direction that led to the pond where Fabian's body was found on October 14, 2025. This was preceded by a four-day search for the boy who, according to the prosecution, was killed with six stab wounds on October 10th.
