
The police stopped a speeder on the A66. When the 47-year-old was checked, it emerged that the man was wanted on an arrest warrant.
Maintal – The motorway police were already on the A66 last Friday (May 22nd). Main-Kinzig district targeted a nighttime speeder. The 47-year-old was traveling between Maintal and Bergen-Enkheim around 11 p.m. Instead of the permitted 100 km/h, he drove at a constant speed of 150 km/h.

But that's not all: When the man left the motorway near Bergen-Enkheim, he immediately ran a red light. The highway police officers then stopped him. During the check it finally turned out that the 47-year-old already had an arrest warrant for driving without a license.
Accordingly, the officers first took the man with them to their office. However, relatives of the traffic offender prevented his imprisonment by taking over the payment of the outstanding fine.
