Biebergemünd – A 51-year-old woman from Biebergemünd who has been missing since Sunday, May 31st was found dead in a small pond on Monday, June 1st at around 6 p.m.

As the police headquarters in Southeast Hesse reported, extensive search measures had previously been initiated, in which a police helicopter was involved in addition to emergency services on the ground. The woman had been missing since Sunday evening (May 31st).
According to the police, according to their current findings, the investigators have no evidence of foul play; the officers are currently assuming an accident occurred. An autopsy is planned to determine the exact cause of death. The investigation into the circumstances of the death will continue until the final results are available.
