Fulda – First agreements for interviews and trial work days: According to a statement from the Fulda district, the Südkreis job fair in the Neuhof community center opened up concrete career prospects for numerous participants. 40 women and men from the communities in the southern district took the opportunity to talk directly to nine regional employers close to their homes.
Job fair in Neuhof leads to trial work days and discussions
The aim of the event organized by the employer service of the district job center Trade fair, which is also offered in other regions of the Fulda districtis to support people receiving benefits to integrate into work and to relieve companies of the burden of finding employees. As part of an applicant speed dating, the participants were able to obtain compact and personal information about entry opportunities.
According to the district job center, the following companies and institutions were available to answer questions: Heil Personaldienste GmbH & Co. KG (Flieden), the municipal administration of Neuhof, BioContor Elm GmbH (Flieden), Vinzenz Soziale Werke gGmbH (Flieden), K+S Minerals and Agriculture GmbH (Neuhof), EDEKA Wehner (Kalbach), the Agency for Household Help GmbH (Südkreis), FG Finanz-Service (Fulda) and antonius: Together Human – RoggPalast (Neuhof).
As a first conclusion, Janine Briol from the district job center's employer service summarized that the job fair was successful. “There were many positive discussions and a lively exchange of contacts. It is particularly pleasing that the first agreements for interviews and trial work were made,” she summed up. As Briol reports, the companies were also very satisfied and also used the event to establish new networks with each other.
