According to police, Pecher is around 1.80 meters tall, of slim build and has reddish-blonde hair. The missing man has a three-day beard. It is currently unknown what clothing the wanted man was wearing at the time of his disappearance. The 49-year-old was last seen on Kurfürstenstrasse on Tuesday evening around 8:30 p.m. Since then there has been no trace of him.
