Loud Entertainment Weekly, the accident is said to have happened on May 10th during a break in filming “Survivor Greece” in the Dominican Republic. The 21-year-old was spearfishing off the coast when a passing boat hit him.
The young man is said to have dived without a signal buoy in an area that is regularly visited by tourist boats. Then disaster happens. The boat's propellers partially amputated his left leg below the knee. In addition, Stavros Floros is also said to have suffered serious injuries to his right ankle.
