In Hünfeld, the Zentrum and Am Rathaus car parks are being cleaned. Both facilities are therefore closed for several days.
Hünfeld – The city of Hünfeld is having its two central parking garages cleaned. As the regulatory authority has announced, the Zentrum car park and the Am Rathaus car park must be closed for several days.
Hünfeld closes parking garages for cleaning work
It starts with the Zentrum car park on Gartenstrasse: from Monday, May 18th to Tuesday, May 19th, the facility will be closed all day. The entrance will be closed on Sunday, May 17th at 4 p.m. Drivers are asked to remove their vehicles from the parking garage by 7 a.m. Monday, May 18 at the latest. As an alternative, the Am Rathaus car park can be used during this period. The parking garage will then be available again from Wednesday, May 20th at 7 a.m.
Immediately afterwards is the Am Rathaus car park: the entrance will be closed there on Wednesday, May 20th, at 4 p.m. An exit is possible until Thursday, May 21st at 7 a.m. at the latest. The parking garage cannot be used all day from Thursday to Saturday, May 21st to 23rd. An exit is possible until Thursday, May 21st, at 7 a.m. As an alternative, the center car park can be used again during this period. The reopening will take place on Sunday, May 24th at 7 a.m.
Elsewhere in the region they also rely on modern cleaning technology: In a pilot project, the Schlüchtern city school is currently testing a cleaning robot in its sports hall.
